Egg Curry Recipe

Put water in a vessel and put it on the gas. Put all the eggs in it and boil it. Eggs will boil within 10 minutes

Let them cool and remove the skin. Now put some oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, fry these eggs till they become golden brown.

Now put onion and garlic in a mixer and prepare a paste.

After this put all the spices like turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, coriander powder in a bowl.

Add onion-garlic paste to the spices and mix well.

Put the pan on the gas again, add the remaining mustard oil and heat it well.

Put onion and spices paste in a pan and fry. Keep stirring it, when the spices turn golden brown and oil starts leaving the pan, then understand that the spices are well roasted.

Now add fried eggs to it. To make gravy, add a glass of water to it. Cover it and let it boil for 10 minutes. turn off the flame

Garnish it with green chili, coriander leaves and enjoy eating hot.
