Ingredients for making Kadhai Paneer

500 g paneer, fried 3-4 pieces green chilies, cut into pieces

1 Tsp Ginger paste, 1/2 Tsp curd, 1/4 Cup oil, 2 Tsp cumin, 2 Pieces bay leaves, 1/2 Tsp turmeric, 1 Tbsp salt ,1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 Tsp red chili powder, 1 Tbsp coriander powder, 1 Tbsp coriander leaves

To make Kadai Paneer, first heat the oil and add cumin and bay leaves and wait for the cumin to crackle.

After this add ginger paste and fry till it becomes light brown. Now add curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder and fry till the oil separates.

Now add paneer and green chillies and fry on high flame, till the paneer mixes well with the spices.

Your Tasty Kadhai Paneer is ready. Serve it garnished with green coriander.
